Return Policy

 

In-Store Purchase:

We do not accept returns or exchanges on any merchandise that has been altered or has left the premises.

Merchandise that has not been altered or has not left the premises may be refunded within 3 business days.

 

Online Purchase:

All online gowns are ordered specifically for you using information you provide. This includes, but is not limited to the dress you chose, the size you chose, and the color you chose. As such, we do not accept returns or exchanges that are as a result of the information you provide.

We guarantee all of our gowns to free from defect. We guarantee the dress you ordered has never been worn or ever been on our sales floor. When your dress arrives from the designer, it is opened and carefully inspected. It is actually fitted onto a mannequin and photographed as a matter of record. Your dress is then repackaged in it's original packaging material with a complimentary garment bag. In the event your gown arrives as damaged or defective, you have 5 business to contact us. Using your email and your order #, you can begin the returns process online at your convenience. An associate will contact you after reviewing your return request.
