This shipping policy is for online orders. The shipping policy for In-store orders may vary. Please visit us and speak to your consultant regarding your in-store shipping needs.

 For online orders:

• We only ship to the continental US. 

Most of our designers do not allow us to ship outside the US. 

• All orders shipped via UPS

Not available to ship to APO, FPO, or PO boxes.

• Free ground shipping (3-5 days) to the continental US states.

All shipping times are given in business days (no weekends or holidays). Upgraded shipping is available for an additional cost. Estimated shipping costs are available during checkout.

• Shipping options and costs are based on the dress that you have chosen and your shipping address with an easy estimate calculator on every dress page.

Shipping method takes place from the date your order is ready to ship, not from the date that you have placed the order.

• Unless stated otherwise, all online orders are SPECIAL ORDERS

When you place your special order with us, we contact the designer who then provides us with an expected ship date and confirmation.
